Thrive by Five accepts families with children from pregnancy to age 5.
- Homeless, in foster care, or the recipient of public assistance (TANF or SSI) are automatically eligible.
- A child is income eligible for Head Start/Early Head Start if the family income is under the Federal Poverty Guidelines. See chart below. We may enroll up to 10% of children from families that have incomes above the Poverty Guidelines.
